ReadyLIFT has engineered a line of suspension products made to fit the new 2011-2021 Ford Super Duty F250/F350/F450 4WD trucks. Our 66-2725 2.5″ Leveling Kit provides new 2017=2020 F250 4WD truck owners with the ability to install wheel and tire combinations up to 35″ and keeping the smooth OEM ride and drivability.

NOTE: – This 2.5″ kit provides a near-level stance on F250 trucks with the factory 3″ rear block. Some may measure 0.5″ less than the true level.

This ReadyLIFT Leveling Kit includes 2.5″ powder-coated steel coil spring spacers, sound isolators, shock extensions and sway bar frame mount spacers designed specifically for the Super Duty platform. When it comes to levelling you get what you pay for. This great system specifically incorporates more than just front levelling. The sound isolator is installed between the spacer and spring to retain that great OEM ride and quiet sound. Shock extensions allow you to retain the use of those great riding brand new front shocks rather than having to replace them with cheap aftermarket versions. In addition, Ford changed the front suspension on the new 2017-2021 Super Duty trucks and in order raise the front of the truck the front sway bar frame mounts must be spaced downward. ReadyLIFT designed new sway bar mount spacers just for this reason, something you won’t get with other kits. If you are looking to make your F250 4WD sit perfect over 35″ tires then this strong 2.5″ Leveling kit is exactly what you need!

ReadyLIFT Smart Suspension Technology is used to make this kit very user friendly to install, requiring no cutting or drilling. Like all other ReadyLIFT kits, the 66-2725 2.5″ Leveling Kit is guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects.

When lifting a vehicle and installing aftermarket wheels and tires, a tire manufacturer’s construction and material quality can alter vehicle ride quality. When increasing a vehicle wheel and tire size, most larger aftermarket truck and SUV tires are 8-ply (or more) E tires compared to typical OEM 6-ply C tires. This more rigid sidewall construction increases the perception of suspension stiffness often described as ride harshness. The ride, handling, traction, noise, fuel economy, and wear differences between All-Season, All-Terrain, Mud-Terrain, or Trail-Terrain type tires can be significant. Please take into account tire and wheel choice will generally have a meaningful impact on the ride & handling experience.

The new BP-51 range of high performance, bypass shock absorbers is the result of an exhaustive development process aimed at delivering the ultimate in both comfort and control. Designed, developed and tested entirely in-house by ARB’s team of Old Man Emu ride engineers, BP-51 shock absorbers are vehicle-specific and utilize existing mounting locations to provide easy installation without the need for additional vehicle modification. Unlike most other adjustable shock absorbers, which provide adjustment for compression only, the BP-51 range allows on-vehicle, independent adjustability of both rebound and compression to offer class-leading ride customisation that can be tailored to an individual vehicle or trip requirements.

  • Reinforces weak factory alignment cam tab plates that bend during bottom outs or hard front impacts.
  • CNC laser cut 1/8" 4130 chromoly replacement cam plates weld-to the frame.
  • 1/4" thick lower alignment cam tabs will not bend like factory tabs.
  • Welding and grinding are required for installation.
  • TC upper control arms combined with extended length coil over shocks will allow for up to 1” of additional wheel travel.

  • The uniball cup placement is moved to correct the caster angle that is lost with aftermarket lift kits. Vehicles that have an increased ride height are harder to align. The added caster reduces the darting or wandering in the vehicles steering and helps retain the factory alignment specifications.
