Deaver Progressive Series springs are high-quality 9-leaf and 10-leaf units fabricated with high grade 5160 “American Made” steel. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. The even, linear compression rate curve of our progressive system spring is the primary key to excellent ride quality.

Other designs features include full military-wrapped spring eyes for superior durability, diamond cut inner leaf ends minimizing shear points and anti-friction pads inserted between the leafs for a smoother ride and quiet operation.

Combined with properly valved shock absorbers, the ride is enhanced beyond belief.

Looking to improve the rear of your truck? We use the best leafs springs out there manufactured in the USA by Deaver Spring who’s been in the business for over 100 years.

The J1 mini-pack is available at a lower cost and replaces the factory over-load spring with a 3-5 leaf pack for 2″ of added lift and progression. This is better than using a block or add-a-leaf that stiffens the ride in this price point.

The M27 spring pack lifts the rear 1.5″ compared to stock. These are more progressive for better bottoming control when off-roading but plush when driven on the street for a much better ride compared to stock springs both on and off-road. On Trail Boss/AT4 edition trucks, these lift them 1″ compared to stock.

The springs pivot on polyurethane bushings versus rubber which allows for better articulation and longevity and come with stronger u-bolts.

These require using longer shocks intended for the amount of lift.
