BDS steps up the performance and capability of the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks with 4-inch suspension lift kit. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 33″ tires

This kit takes advantage of BDS’s tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit utilizes top mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers along with a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends allowing for ESC system compatibility. These combined with the provided sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.

In the rear BDS offers a heavy duty lift block to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear are new u-bolts, brake line brackets and precision tuned NX2 Nitro or premium FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

2007-2018 GM 1500, SHACKLE

This shackle has an eye-to-eye length that is 2 inches longer than stock, allowing for much more droop capabilities. Recommended for use with Deaver leaf spring package.

Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse. In the rear BDS utilizes high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.
  • TC upper control arms combined with extended length coil over shocks will allow for up to 1” of additional wheel travel.
  • 4130 chromoly tubular upper control arms are 100% bolt on and hand crafted in the U.S.A.
  • The uniball cup placement is moved to correct the caster angle that is lost with aftermarket lift kits. Vehicles that have an increased ride height are harder to align. The added caster reduces the darting or wandering in the vehicles steering and helps retain the factory alignment specifications.
  • 1" I.D. uniballs feature a heat-treated stainless-steel ball & heat-treated stainless-steel race for maximum corrosion resistance and component longevity. These uniballs also feature a military grade PTFE woven fabric liner that helps prevent noise and reduce maintenance.
