MT64 is specifically designed to cater to the needs of overland and heavy vehicles with extreme added weight, offering unparalleled load handling capabilities and vehicle-specific damping, tuned for different loads and vehicle setups. Multiple snap-ring grooves in the body allow for different spring seat positions, providing 0-3 inches of lift when paired with coil springs (application specific). These additions create a dynamic shifting load, both in terms of front-to-back and side-to-side movements. - Made from high density polyethylene, the shaft guard is designed to protect the shaft from stones and other debris and is also replaceable
- Equipped with a larger 22.5mm (7/8in) piston rod (shaft), the hard chrome finished rod provides improved strength and exceptional stability
- Utilising the same aerospace grade aluminium as our high-performance BP-51 to dissipate heat effectively
- Covered with military spec hard anodised finish, the MT64 has superior corrosion resistance and can handle extreme temperatures
- The huge 64mm (2.5in) internal bore allows for more oil and bigger piston and shim stacks, to reduce heat providing more control through the stroke giving a more refined ride

- Reinforced with a resilient multi-lip combo seal which is designed to handle high pressure and shaft speeds, whilst also being made from a material that will handle a high temperature range
