BDS steps up the performance and capability of the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks with 4-inch suspension lift kit. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 33" tires This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit utilizes top mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers along with a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends allowing for ESC system compatibility. These combined with the provided sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it. In the rear BDS offers a heavy duty lift block to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Bump stop length is crucial for preventing vehicle damage.CAMBURG | FRONT SPRING PRE-LOAD SPACER KIT | FOR RAPTOR (2017-2018) Our Camburg preload spring spacers are a cost effective and easy way to lift the front of your 17-20 Ford Raptor while still keeping the plush factory ride. We offer them in red, black, KINETIK gray and gold versions. Don’t confuse these with standard cheap “spacer” lifts. These preload the coil spring, they do not space the shock down allowing the suspension to droop out too far and lose compression travel by bottoming out the shock sooner. We CNC machine these in-house from aerospace quality 6061-T6 aluminum, then have them bead blasted, anodized and laser etched. These install easily onto your factory OEM Fox coil-overs and lift the front end either 1.5″ or 2″ depending on which kit you go with. We recommend the 1.5″ version to level the front end when running 35″ tires and the 2″ lift version when running larger 37″ tires. These are not designed to be used with aftermarket coil springs on the OEM stock shocks. On the 19-20 models with the electronic FOX Live Valve suspension you will need slightly modify the plastic wire retainer so that it presses back into the lower spring seat slot. You can do this with a file and/or small disc sander to reduce the thickness of the tab. To install these you will need to remove the coil-overs from the truck. We recommend using a heavy duty spring compressor so you’re able to collapse the spring enough to install our spacers onto the shock body which is a precision fit. You don’t have to completely disassemble the shocks and springs. NOTE : When using the factory OEM 17″ wheel or positive offset wheel, you may need a 1/4″ – 3/8″ wheel spacer when running larger 37″ or wider tires than stock. We recommend a zero offset wheel.

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

TeraFlex Bump Stop Kits add additional protection to your suspension over the factory bump stops, which can deform during hard compression and suspension movement. Our innovative bump stops meet the demand of high-performance driving. Composite construction combined with a progressive nature reduces suspension compression impacts and harshness when bottoming out whether driving off-road or on poorly maintained highways. Reducing this impact increases driver ability to maintain vehicle control as well as reduces the risk of bending an axle housing tube. These maintenance-free bump stops don't require any adjustment or tuning. SpeedBump Bump Stops feature a self-lubricating Delrin acetal resin polymer shaft to withstand 1,000s of continuous cycles without wear or abrasion. The external shaft seal also prolongs shaft life by wiping and cleaning the shaft to prevent contaminants from entering the SpeedBump housing. Foam" Progressive Bump Stops are constructed from a performance-tuned high-density closed-cell nitrogen charged microcellular polyurethane technology that will not fade or dissipate under extended heavy use to maintain its progressive nature. This material is unaffected by temperature extremes and retains its flexibility under thermal or sub-zero temperatures. These bump stops are a full 1.5" longer than stock. Proper bump stop length and/or bump stop strike pad height is crucial for preventing damage to axle housing tubes, suspension components, shock absorbers, and fenders. Front and rear bump stops feature a simple bolt-on installation. SpeedBump Front Bump Stops simply require removal of the factory bump stop bell. Progressive Bump Stops simply pop-in to the existing factory locations. SpeedBump Lower Bump Stop Strike Pads feature a simple bolt-on installation.
