Computer designed upper a-arm uses a fabricated, Boxed Arm design for ultimate strength. It allows significantly more wheel travel over stock when paired with an extended length, bolt in, aftermarket shock and we’ve built more caster into all of our Upper arms to give your truck the on road stability needed anytime a truck is lifted from its factory ride height. We use Trophy Truck grade uniballs to replace the weak, stock ball joints, giving you maximum articulation and performance in the dirt with your 2WD or 4WD Silverado. These will also work great with your existing lift kit that most likely has maxed out the stock ball joint angle.

amburg's KINETIK Series Billet Upper Control Arms for the 2004-2020 Ford F150 eliminate your F150's weak OEM ball-joints and increases usable wheel travel.

Like Camburg's tubular arms they use a larger FK 1.25” uniball that has a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment for maximum useable wheel travel. Made in the USA these are far superior to the cheaper and smaller imports other companies use. Adapting the uniball to the spindle/knuckle is done using model specific spacers that match the factory taper precisely. These are machined from heat-treated stainless steel and are a one piece design for increased strength. No drilling or modifications are needed. The 1.25” uniball gives these upper control arms the ability to run a larger and stronger 9/16” 12 point bolt with a low profile bolt-on uniball cap to resist the elements.

2017+ FORD RAPTOR PRERUNNER KIT

Baja Kits Long Travel Prerunner Suspension Kits excel in the dirt while retaining excellent on-road handling and comfort. These are a direct OEM swap and bolt-on kit for your Gen 2 Raptor. Engineered to be a complete upgraded suspension system, front kits use Trophy Truck grade uniball spherical bearings and high grade hardware on both the upper and lower arms for ultimate strength. Heavy duty, fabricated steel box construction arms handle the abuse. The arms have built in zerk fittings to allow lubrication. *Optional 3.0 inch bypass shock upgrade available that can be added at any time after the kit is installed.  

DESCRIPTION

New for 2020, we’ve updated our design to incorporate a billet aluminum cover for the top of the uniball to keep dirt and other contaminants from working their way into the uniball. This cap is a slight press-fit and uses an o-ring seal. When lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our Camburg upper arms address these issues and more.  Replacing the stock ball-joint  with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing we’re able to gain wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We build more caster and change the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling. We build these arms with thicker 1.50″ x .188″ wall tubing for increased strength with as how heavy these trucks are. You also don’t have to remove/cut out the factory droop stop/perch on the frame with our tubular design. Using the latest CAD/CAM engineering software we design these arms to the strictest standards using our FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frames. Manufactured in-house, we have the tubes CNC laser cut and bent, then are MIG welded in precision fixtures before sending out to be sandblasted and powder-coated. Our in-house CNC machine shop makes all the machined parts including the uniball mis-alignment spacers from heat-treated stainless steel. We pride ourselves in producing the best parts available under our own roof and control.

Using them with longer than spec shocks, shock spacers and/or drop-down style lift kits, risks damaging the arms and can lead to catastrophic failure of the uniball hardware. PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

Camburg's tubular uniball series trailing arms take your Ford Bronco to the next level. Camburg uses thick walled 4130 chromoly tubing for greater strength and impact resistance when hitting the trails. Camburg's trailing arms increase ground clearance over stock so you won’t get hung up on rocks and potentially damage the frame or get stuck. With FK 1″ uniball bearing pivots front and rear, these precision bearings allow for zero flex or binding with maximum articulation and wheel travel. Taken from Camburg's race link kits, they also supply delrin “wobble stoppers” that keep the lower arms positioned correctly throughout the suspension cycle.

Adding Camburg's trailing arm kit to your Bronco is an easy bolt-on project that will make a significant improvement for off-road use and includes all the necessary hardware.
