The Air Locker Purge Valve is designed for use with Air Locker differentials to purge impurities such as moisture, dust and oil from the airline that can impair the performance of the Air Locker. Pressing the purge button blows any contaminants out of the exhaust port of the valve, maintaining low moisture levels in the air system and eliminating the possibility of passing contaminants back and forth throughout the solenoid. The Purge Valve also incorporates a back-pressure-regulator that has been factory set to 3-4 psi preventing oil misting problems associated with poor axle ventilation.

DescriptionThe Air Locker Purge Valve is designed for use with Air Locker differentials to purge impurities such as moisture, dust and oil from the airline that can impair the performance of the Air Locker. The Purge Valve also incorporates a back-pressure-regulator that has been factory set to 3-4 psi preventing oil misting problems associated with poor axle ventilation.BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2021-2024 Ford F150 trucks with 4-inch suspension lift kits. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse. In the rear BDS utilizes high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.The new BP-51 range of high performance, bypass shock absorbers is the result of an exhaustive development process aimed at delivering the ultimate in both comfort and control. Designed, developed and tested entirely in-house by ARB’s team of Old Man Emu ride engineers, BP-51 shock absorbers are vehicle-specific and utilize existing mounting locations to provide easy installation without the need for additional vehicle modification. Unlike most other adjustable shock absorbers, which provide adjustment for compression only, the BP-51 range allows on-vehicle, independent adjustability of both rebound and compression to offer class-leading ride customisation that can be tailored to an individual vehicle or trip requirements.

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty ¼-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.
