The Batwing Compact Awning (Right) with STOW iT mounts to the right side of the vehicle and when opened, extends 1.9m/75” out from the edge of the vehicle and wraps around the rear providing 270 degrees of cover, making the Batwing Awning a perfect addition to any adventure.

The 6m2/64ft2 coverage is provided by a CPAI-84 compliant (fire standard), mold resistant ripstop fabric that has been tested and rated to UPF 50 +. Purchase any of our optional extra side walls for easy conversion into a fully enclosed space.

The Front Edge Zippered Insert neatly squares off the front edge of the Batwing so you have the straight out coverage of a conventional awning along with the 270 degree wrap around coverage you all love!The Batwing tapered extensions are an easy-to-fit extension piece that simply zips onto the Batwing Awning, adding additional coverage from the elements. Our standard tapered extension has been upgraded with Velcro panels to further secure the extension around the pole, reducing element infiltration. Our new extensions with doors allow for any area under the Batwing to be both fully enclosed or open to allow light and breeze through. More than one extension can be used to enclose the Batwing awning.

  • Ensure your vehicle roof has a load rating higher than the weight of both the tent and any mounted accessories, and a static load limit that can support the tent in use.
