When undertaking 4X4 remote area travel, the need to carry sufficient fuel, water, vehicle spares and safety equipment invariably means that your 4WD will be fully loaded, placing a lot of strain on suspension components. As part of their integrated 4WD suspension systems, Old Man Emu designs a range of coil springs for each vehicle, enabling the installer to match the most appropriate springs to the intended application. While ride height increases are attained, emphasis is placed on ride control improvements. Further fine tuning is achieved when the springs are matched to a corresponding set of Old Man Emu shock absorbers, delivering a fully integrated system designed specifically to suit your vehicle. | Owners of pick-up trucks know firsthand how harsh the ride can be in their unloaded trucks. The rubber springs from Sulastic are an elastic suspension that reduces (and in many cases completely removes) the vibration and shock caused by the leaf spring suspension, improving safety and overall handling of the vehicle. Sulastic rubber springs are designed for the specific spring rate, damping, and spring speed of each make and model of truck to improve ride quality. Sulastic rubber springs do not affect the truck’s load-carrying capacity, and the ride height will remain within 1/4 inch of stock height.

| 87504 - Total Chaos Uniball Upper Control Arms -2008+ 200 Series Land Cruiser
- 4130 chromoly tubular upper control arms are 100% bolt on and hand crafted in the U.S.A.
- UCA's are designed with added caster to aid in retaining factory alignment specs when aftermarket lift kits are installed. This reduces the darting or wandering in the vehicle's steering when 2-3" lift kits are installed.
- CNC machined tapered spindle adapters convert the factory ball joint to a 1" uniball for added component strength & maximum wheel travel.
- TOTAL CHAOS includes 1" I.D. uniballs that feature a heat treated stainless steel ball & heat treated stainless steel race for maximum corrosion resistance and component longevity. These uniball's also features a military grade PTFE woven fabric liner that helps prevent noise.
- Custom profile upper and lower hi-misalignment spacers maximize droop wheel travel and are machined from heat treated 17-4 stainless steel.
- Upper control arms combined with extended length coil over shocks will allow for up to 2" of additional wheel travel.
- Urethane bushings reduce bushing deflection compared to stock rubber bushings.
- Control arm pivots include zerk fittings to grease the urethane bushings & inner sleeves without disassembly.
- 2 stage powder coat process includes a durable clear coat to provide a long lasting finish.

Should your Old Man Emu 4WD suspension system include the fitment of Emu Dakar leaf springs, these leaf spring bushes require periodic lubrication to ensure longevity. OME greasable shackles and pins facilitate this task without the need to remove the shackles, thereby greatly reducing the time and effort involved.
| Deaver Progressive Series springs are high quality 9-leaf and 10-leaf units fabricated with high grade 5160 “American Made” steel. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. The even, linear compression rate curve of our progressive system spring is the primary key to excellent ride quality.
Other designs features include full military-wrapped spring eyes for superior durability, diamond cut inner leaf ends minimizing shear points and anti-friction pads inserted between the leafs for a smoother ride and quiet operation.
Combined with properly valved shock absorbents, the ride is enhanced beyond belief.
